Moe Zürcher

Moe was born in 2004 in Aarau. She joined ZBSM in 2015 as a student of Nadezhda Korshakova and since 2016 is a student of Liana Tretiakova. Moe participated in the Masterclasses of Professor Zakhar Bron, Tatiana Samouil, Sergey Ostrovsky and Klaidi Sahatci at the Menton Festival and in Zurich and performed at the ZBSM open concerts in Zurich and Baden.

Moe Zürcher was born in 2004 in the family with Swiss and Japanese roots. She started taking violin lessons at the age of seven with Takako To, a Japanese violinist from the Zurich Opera House orchestra. After two years Moe continued her music education with Jonathan Gaus from Lucerne.

In 2014 and 2015 Moe won 2 prizes at the Swiss National YouthMusic Competitions and participated in several Masterclasses in Austria.

After four years of violin studies Moe joined the Zakhar Bron School of Music, the studio of Nadezhda Korshakova. From 2016 she studies with Liana Tretyakova.

In summer 2017 Moe participated in the ZBSM Summer Masterclass at the Menton Festival, where she studied with Professors Zakhar Bron, Sergei Ostrovsky and Tatiana Samouil. Moe had the honor to perform Legende by Wieniawsky at the closing concert of the Masterclass.
