Lora-Evelin is a concert pianist and chamber musician, who performs as a soloist and in duo with partner with Stefan Tarara at many international festivals. Together they released two CDs to high critical acclaim.
Lora is a concert pianist and chamber musician, who establishes her teaching with joy and elegance.
Lora performed as a guest artist in many international festivals, such as Bachfest Leipzig, Adelboden chamber music Festival, Toledo Festival and Paganino Festival.
In July 2015 together with the violinist Stefan Tarara she released her first CD, which has already won many prizes.
Lora-Evelin is a winner of numerous international piano competitions: the Marguerite Meister Competition, the Kiwanis Competition, the Schumann-Brahms Competition and the Migros-Kulturprozent Competition among others. As a chamber musician she has won the Swiss Chamber Music Competition, Schwedisch Duo Competition and Lausanne Academy Competition. Lora was honoured as the best collaborative pianist at the Vasco Abadjiev Competition (Sofia) and George Enescu Violin Competition (Bucharest).
She completed her studies receiving a Master’s Degree with honours from the Zurich University for the Arts, where she studied with Prof. Eckart Heiligers.
At the Zakhar Bron School of Music Lora-Evelin teaches piano for the promising young students.
