Slava is a concert pianist, regulary performing at various festivals in Switzerland and abroad. He is a dedicated teacher, nurturing the individual musical talent of each student.
Slava Spiridonov is a concert pianist who during the last several years has also dedicated time to teaching children and teenagers.
Slava is a prize winner of international competitions, such as Landolt Competition in Zurich and Chopin Piano Competition in Corpus Christi (Texas, USA). He has appeared as a soloist with orchestras in Minsk, Grodno, Zurich and Karlsbad.
As a chamber musician and a soloist Slava has performed at various festivals in Switzerland and abroad, such as Bonn Festival (Germany), Musica Mundi (Belgium), Herbst in der Helferei (Zurich), Chopin Festival (Bern), Four Seasons (Reihen).
After graduating from the State Music Academy in Belorussia Slava continued his education at the Zurich University of the Arts, where he studied with Prof. Homero Francesch and received Concert and Soloist Diplomas. Currently he is completing the teaching Diploma at the Bern University of the Arts with Prof. Tomasz Herbut. In order to widen his knowledge of various styles of performing and teaching Slava attends master classes of such famous pianists as Boris Bloch und Vassily Lobanov.
At the Zakhar Bron School of Music, Slava Spiridonov teaches piano to children and teenagers (regular and intensive courses).
