An alumni of Professor Bron, Canadian violinist and composer Stanislav Pronin has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at the most prestigious international festivals and concert halls, collaborating with such musicians as Daniel Barenboim, Leonard Slatkin and Jaime Loredo among others.
Stanislav appeared at the Verbier Festival and Interlaken Classics in Switzerland, Banff and Stratford Festivals in Canada, Kronberg Festival in Germany and Skanderborg Festival in Denmark.
He regularly performs in such prestigious venues as the Philharmonie in Berlin, Carnegie Hall, Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels and KKL Luzern, to just name a few.
Stanislav’s recordings and performances, including his solo CD debut «Violin For One» on Naxos/Sono Luminus labels, have been broadcasted on numerous radio and television channels including WDR Köln, RTS-1 Belgrade, CBC Canada and Radio Klassisk Denmark. He has also recorded for Decca and Dacapo.
Stanislav has collaborated as a chamber musician with Jan Lisiecki, Jaime Laredo, Jeanne-Marie Conquer, James Campbell, Mark Kaplan. Additionally, having served as 1st Concertmaster in several orchestras in the USA and Europe, Stanislav is regularly invited to perform as a guest Concertmaster with various orchestras around the world.
An avid music educator, Stanislav has been Guest Professor at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre since 2014. Additionally, he has held a position as Artist in Residence at the University of Texas in Austin, gave masterclasses at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, at the Stolyarsky School of Music in Odessa and assisted Professor Zakhar Bron at the Kronberg Academy. Stanislav has been guest faculty at such festivals as the Summit Music Festival (NYC) and the Alion Baltic (Tallin). He is also a member of the «Play With A Pro» online teaching community.
